By accessing or using ShareSphere (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Make Friends and Socialize LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 13 years old to use ShareSphere. By using the Service, you represent that:

• •You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• •You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• •Keep your account information up to date
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• •Not share your account credentials with others
• •Not create multiple accounts or impersonate other users

You agree to use ShareSphere only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• •Post items that are illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or prohibited (see full list in Trust & Safety)
• •Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• •Use the platform for commercial selling, spam, or advertising
• •Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• •Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• •Circumvent security features or access areas not intended for you
• •Use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the platform itself

You retain ownership of the content you post on ShareSphere (listings, photos, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to share any items or content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

ShareSphere facilitates connections between community members for free sharing. We are not a party to any exchange between members. All exchanges are solely between the parties involved. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items exchanged, or for any issues arising from member interactions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for safety reasons, or at our discretion with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

ShareSphere is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Friends and Socialize LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShareSphere or any exchanges made through the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
